Our Policy
Item Availability: Please note that all items are subject to supplier availability. Any item that is out of stock will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Order Confirmation: Payment must be made in full for order to be confirmed. We accept payments via Cashapp and Zelle for U.S. orders, and Nexa Credit Union for orders in Grenada.
Order Cancellations: Within Four (4) hours of placing your order, you can cancel for a full refund. After those 4 hours, 50% of your payment will be nonrefundable.
Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States of America, and to Grenada occasionally.
Before submitting your order details, please ensure that the recipient's name and shipping address are correct. We are not responsible for packages that have been sent to the wrong address.
In addition, once we have shipped a package and the tracking information says that it has been delivered, we are unfortunately not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen.
Returns & Refunds: Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not do returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please reach out to us by email at basketblisss@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, and we'd be more than happy to replace it.
